There is a little black rain cloud over my head. The glass is half empty all the time. Nothing ever goes my way. I am depressed.

Life is what you make it. I am creative, passionate and healthy. I have free will. I choose my own destiny.

I spend hours to complete a simple task to make sure it is perfect. A simple yes-no answer turns into an hour project with more information than needed. I waste valuable time and never seem satisfied with the answer. I am stuck.

I jump into action and repel fear. The exhilaration of life fuels my soul. I view obstacles as challenges. I look at mistakes as opportunities to learn. I think outside the box.

I am co-dependent on others. I let others define who I am. I accept others’ opinions as my own. I trust others before that trust is earned.

I accept myself for who I am. I am comfortable in my own skin. I love myself and I attract loving people in my life. I am God’s masterpiece.

I can't do it now because… I am busy. I am tired. I am sick. I am unavailable. Excuses. Excuses. Excuses.

I can do anything I choose to do. I am ready. I am able. I have infinite time, and patience. I am full of life. I am inspired by the Holy Spirit.

I need more time. I don’t have time. I am too busy.

I do not wait. The time is now. I am. I say. I do. Today.

I am so caught up in my head that I don't listen to what others say to me. I am just waiting for my chance to speak. I miss important lessons and moments with my family and everyone else in my life.

I proceed in every situation with full comprehension and awareness. I am fully present in my life.

I am not smart. Other people know more than I do. I doubt myself. I don't know the answers.

I possess an abundance of knowledge, peace and love supplied by God. I learn from past experiences.

I alienate myself. I do not need anyone. I do not believe. I am alone.

I am always surrounded by Light, Love, and Happiness. I am part of God and God is part of me. I am never alone.

My “to do” list will never be complete, so I never feel like I accomplish anything. I feel overwhelmed and stressed. I don't have time for anything fun until my "to do" list is complete.

I choose to live free from self-imposed restraints and lists. I destroy the shackles in my life that hold me back.

I am not worthy. I do not deserve to be happy. I place others before me because their needs are more important than my own. I am a doormat.

I am priceless. I deserve all the happiness, love, and gifts God has given me. I am a miracle.

I judge you for the way you look, the way you dress, and the amount of money and possessions you own. I judge you for being who you are.

I let go of making others look bad so I can look better. I let go of my truth and only seek God’s truth. I study and follow God’s Holy Laws and not my opinions.

I do not trust you because you will hurt me or leave me. I will be abandoned by you. So, I will leave you before you leave me.

The risk of loss makes me a complete and complex person. I am courageous and brave.

Everyone is out to get me. No one is on my side. The world revolves around my problems. I am weak and powerless.

I am a leader. I inspire. I have Vision, Integrity and Wisdom.

I am afraid of failure. I am afraid of success. I stop trying and will do nothing new, fun or creative. I will not take risks.

I defend peace from within and without. I can move mountains. I am God’s creation.

I am a disgrace. I am the bad guy. I do bad things. I am a mistake.

I am brave. I have purpose in life. I have unlimited power to create a life I absolutely love through Jesus Christ.

I have no independent thought. I put faith in someone or something without confirming that it is align with the teaching of God’s Word. I blindly follow any suggestion without evaluating the source.

I discern. I renew, replenish and refine my mind with the Word of God. I meditate on the God’s Word to declutter my mind. I intentionally seek God with all my heart.

Material possessions and outward appearances define who I am. My ego is more important than building relationships with others. I am vain, self-centered and judgmental.

I let go of attachment and resentments. I am responsible for my own thoughts and actions. I am whole and complete. God has given me purpose and meaning in my life.

I can’t’ do it. I can’t afford it. I am poor in mind, body and spirit. I am without.

I have unlimited resources. I have abundance.

I resist what I do not want in my life. I ignore the pain and pretend it does not exist. I do not need help. I can take care of myself.

I accept the past and let go of its grip on my life. I surrender. I trust in God.

I explode if you do not do what I say when I say it. I try to control everything and everyone around me. I am angry.

Peace fills my body, my heart, and my soul. God is peace. I am a child of God. I am peace.

I will not forget the pain from those who hurt me. I wear my suffering like a badge of honor. You are to blame for my misery. I want revenge. I will make you suffer the same way that I suffered. I will “make you pay” for what you did to me.

I forgive you. I embrace peace, hope, gratitude and joy. I am enriched by the lesson. I let go of the bitterness and anger. I end the cycle of revenge. I am free.

I am losing hope in my life so I search for answers in the world and believe in false teachings and practices. I feel empty, restless and I fill my “void” with worldly pleasures to escape. I do not believe in anything that I cannot see, touch and control.

God’s providence and grace is always working for the greater good in my life. I defend myself with the sword of the Spirit and Word of God. Only God can fill the emptiness of my soul. I say “yes” to the Truth and reject the Lie.
